Comfort Inn Springfield

Great location with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. Lot of things to do with the Springfield Town Center (Regal theater, Dave and Busters, gyms, etc). across the across the street. Compliments to the General Manager, Michael Adecer, for being very active and engaging throughout my stay. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. More to fellow travelers... if you stay for-Sunday, ask to stay away from the front entrance area and on a higher floor. The hotel has two banquet rooms that stayed active. Overall, this was a great stay.

Went here on my DC field trip. It wasn't your top-of-the-line, five-star, ultra luxury hotel, but it did the job. The rooms were relatively clean (the beds and bedsheets especially), and the breakfast they offered did the job. My only complaints were the bathrooms were a little bit dirty (a couple strands of hair in the tub and small stains in the toilet bowl), and there was a bunch of chocolate covered raisins that had been spilled prior to us arriving, and when we left, the raisins were still there.

Staff are wonderful. Patient, kind and friendly. We usually stay at Comfort Inns and they are a good, clean, safe bargain. But this location is shoe horned in and the building could definitely use some upgrades. The elevators are slow and one cannot use the stairs to first floor. So we had to wait for the elevator all the time, even though we stayed on the 2nd floor. Be aware, breakfast is only until 9 on weekdays. We will still stay in Comfort Inns in the future, but will probably look for a more walkable place in the future.

A bit of an older hotel, but the staff works hard to keep it humming. Room was cleaned daily. Faucet on tub needs work or replacement in Room 164. Breakfast good. Quiet at night for sleeping. Stayed 5 days for business and family matters. Will stay with them again.

This is really good 2 star hotel. The service is good overall. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Excellent daily house keeping. Excellent breakfast, omelettes, burgers, oatmeal & more..Coffee, tea water cans in the lobby. They offer free shuttle to the closest metro station and back( you need to call reception and ask for . Each day till 10:30 pm, Sunday till 9:30 pm. The area is safe, mall nearby. 50-60 minutes to Washington DC downtown. Thank you comfort inn!

It was a very nice stay at the motel. Not only did they have free parking which everyone else in the whole area of charges for parking but it was very convenient to shopping centers and dining experiences. The motel offered a free shuttle to the beeline which was also very nice so we did not have to drive there and pay for parking . The staff at Comfort Inn was very helpful and very pleasant to work with . The free breakfast was very good and they had lots of choices including healthy ones. The motel was very clean and it was under renovation and even the areas that was under renovation was still kept clean. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying there every time we want to visit Washington DC.

Room was OK, but bathroom had a whole in the wall behind the toilet where the floor molding should be. The cigarette smell from people who smoked outside got in the room. Location is good, next to the highway.

Stayed for a couple days for a work trip. Rooms were clean and smelled nice, sheets were clean and soft. Hotel was overall clean and seemingly well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful in helping me find local places to eat. Staff was also very helpful with the reservations changes I had to make because of the storm that rolled through and delayed my trip. And they have vending machines that take cards, which was helpful.
